Christmas shoebox appeal - thank you
We would like to thank all those who have taken the time and effort to complete shoebox gifts. Most have arrived with the team already and have been sorted by the drop off (village) locations which the volunteers will visit. All boxes will be hand delivered to schools, villages (house to house), children’s centres or similar. We aim to deliver 1,600 along with at least 80+ food parcels.

looking back over 2018
2018 has been a great year of achievements for TEECH, all the supporters and volunteers involved.
Not only did a team achieve the summer project in Hasnasenii Noi, creating two bathrooms for the children at the village school but enough funds were raised to support a €15,000 project at the psychiatric hospital in Moldova’s second largest city, Balti. The project has been well reported over the last six months and is now completed. Pictures can be viewed here.
The charity have also purchased a replacement van, to ensure that all the work behind the scenes can continue to make trips possible, gathering and sorting aid. The new van is currently being liveried by the ever-generous company Signs Made Easy of Clacton-On-Sea – thank you Kerron.
Plus, we have had support from all of you, providing aid in terms of clothing, walking aids, wheelchairs, hospital beds, commodes, toys and much much more, to ensure we have good quality items to make a real difference to those we meet, work with and support in Romania and Moldova.

join the cycling adventure
Dave Astbury is looking for some amazing people to join him on a cycling adventure!
In 2019 Dave is planning to take a group of riders from Lincoln to MOLDOVA on pedal bikes!
Not the actual Moldova, but the Moldovan Embassy in London. That's about 155 miles.
The trip is to raise money for TEECH's 2019 adventure to Moldova.
The team will consist of about 5 people of TEECH supporters, to join his 5 people from BT.
You don't need to be the fastest or best rider in the world (no pun intended), you just need to be available for about 3 or 4 days in Late May/Early June (dates still under review).
The plans are being put together and will be finalised by the start of Feb.
If you are interested please get in touch with Dave (david.2.astbury@bt.com).
Just imagine what we could achieve together and the fun we could have.
