christmas shoebox appeal
TEECH will once again be hand delivering shoebox presents and food parcels in Romania and Moldova at Christmas time. The picture above shows just one house visited in 2013 in Romania. It doesn't look like much of a house and the roof was caved in but inside where seven children who's faces were a true picture when they opened their shoeboxes. As you can see the young lad above wasted no time in playing with the car in his box.

christchurch - thank you
TEECH would like to thank June and Derek who got married in September, at Christchurch. The couple asked their wedding guests to donate toys, note books, pens, pencils, toiletries and many more items to TEECH instead of buying them wedding presents. TEECH are now making up shoe boxes with these items and will ensure they go to those who really have little during the festive season. A huge thank you to their guests for over £250 cash donations too. |

grozesti in moldova say's thankyou
The small village of Grozesti in Moldova have sent two thank you cards to TEECH to say Multumesc for donating a trampoline to the school and many items of clothing, new shoes and toys for the villagers when we visited in the summer. Carol Stadden a US Peace Corp volunteer is currently spending two years based in the village and joined TEECH for the summer project after hearing about the charity from neighbouring village, Zberoaia, where TEECH worked in 2013. TEECH were delighted to support her village also. The pictures show the thank you cards signed by those who received aid or who have the pleasure of using the trampoline. |
